✅ Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

• If you make a duplicate payment by mistake.

• If you are charged but unable to access the course even after 48 hours.

• If you cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of payment and haven’t accessed any course material.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• If you have already accessed course content (videos, files, sessions).

• If you request a refund after 24 hours of enrollment.

• If you didn’t complete the course or felt the learning speed was too slow or fast (we provide support for such cases).

🔁 Course Transfer / Support Option

If you’re unhappy with your course, we’ll be happy to:

• Switch you to another course (if available)

• Provide extra support or mentoring
